How the System Works and Key Components
Pleated Cartridge Unit (2 Air Filter Elements): The two pleated cartridge filters utilized within the system offer an incredibly large filtration surface area inside a highly compact housing. This specialized design keeps air flow resistance to an absolute minimum, ensuring consistently high suction power and low energy consumption.
Filter Timer Control Board & Automatic Cleaning: An integrated electronic control board manages the pulse-jet cartridge cleaning mechanism. This intelligent system continuously monitors the differential pressure (DP) between the dirty and clean sides of the filter. When this pressure variance exceeds preset limits, it automatically initiates a cleaning cycle—delivering the precise number of compressed air pulses exactly when needed.
Efficient Pulse-Jet Cleaning: Powerful, millisecond-long reverse air pulses shot into the center of the filters easily dislodge the accumulated dust cake from the cartridge surface. This automated process acts as a built-in maintenance cycle, drastically extending filter longevity and slashing operational costs.
Dust Collection Hopper & Rotary Airlock: Dislodged dust and particles fall directly into the collection hopper at the bottom of the unit. Thanks to the rotary valve (rotary airlock) installed beneath the hopper, accumulated waste is safely and continuously discharged without disrupting the system’s internal vacuum or halting operation.
Compact and Flexible Design: With its two-cartridge configuration, it easily adapts to tight spaces, fits right next to laser cutting enclosures, or integrates directly into inline web cleaning applications.
